Becoming a Member

We can start with a thorough inspection of your home to help evaluate and determine its current condition. Upon completion of the inspection, we will review the results with you, and then you can decide exactly what services you want Host to provide. Again, as a member you will always be our first priority and receive the best possible pricing.

Our home assessment is a thorough inspection of your home. Our objective is to discover any potential issues, so they can be addressed before becoming more serious and costly issues. We want to ensure small issues remain small.

Our inspection will include: crawl spaces, attics, (water, pests, insulation), mechanical (HVAC, hot water tanks, water treatment systems, exhaust fans, vents, ducting), electrical (bulbs, lights, switches, outlets), plumbing (toilets, faucets, drains, shower heads, disposal), appliances (burners, drains, filters), doors, windows, cabinetry, etc. We will also address any issues or concerns you may have.

The fee to complete the initial home assessment is based on the size of the home and the scope of the inspection. Upon completion of the assessment, the fee will be waived, if you choose to become a Host Member.
